Information we collect

Kohler Technology Solutions may receive information you provide when you contact us or use our services. When an application connects to a third-party marketplace or service with your authorization, we may receive the account and transaction information necessary to provide the requested functionality.

How we use information

We use information to provide and support our services, operate authorized integrations, respond to requests, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party services

Our services may integrate with third parties such as Microsoft, eBay, GitHub, and Cloudflare. Information handled by those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.

Marketplace and eBay data

If you authorize a Kohler Technology Solutions application to access your eBay account, we use eBay data only for the functionality you authorize. We do not request your eBay password. Access can be revoked through the applicable eBay account or authorization controls.

Account deletion and data requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by Kohler Technology Solutions by contacting [email protected]. If we receive an applicable account-deletion or marketplace account-closure notification from an integrated service, we will process the request in accordance with that service's requirements and applicable law, subject to information we must retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or contractual purposes.

Data retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law or legitimate business obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
